The Rocky Horror Show is one of the greatest musicals ever made, if not the greatest, and The Rocky Horror Picture Show is definitely in my top ten films. I saw the show in London many years ago and I was also lucky enough to see the one and only production of The Rocky Horror Discworld Show at the British Discworld convention (2010 I think). Ryūnosuke Akutagawa – Tokyo, Japan, 1892-1927. Ryūnosuke Akutagawa was a Japanese writer active in the Taishō period in Japan. He is regarded as the “Father of the Japanese short story” and Japan’s premier literary award, the Akutagawa Prize, is named after him. He committed suicide at the age of 35 through an overdose of barbital.
