Hello, book pandas 🐼 I’m sorry I’m so slow at writing the reviews. I had a lot of obstacles at the beginning of the month, and to confess, I just a little dare to write and read. Last week I barely got to see the new episodes of Game of Thrones. The new ones! That’s from monday to monday. I’m addicted to one drama that I’ll probably tell you more about in the end of the month and on top of that BigHit won’t stop playing with my heart daily. REVIEW: Strungballs by Mile Russell

When I began to read Strungballs I wasn’t sure what to expect! Published by strangebooks I knew that this was going to be a very different read to what I was used to. A YA novel set in an alternative world where everyone is expected to give up cubes of skin and must wear Strungballs in there place, this is a novel for older readers with a fast-paced and unexpected story to tell.? With measurements and times used to create a regimented experience, the wooden language of characters and the repetitive type of the… Continue reading REVIEW: Strungballs by Mile Russell

Strange Medicine – Weird and wonderful stories for all that ails you written by Mike Russell, published by Strange Books genre novel-fiction, 141 pages I picked this book up because… When Stange Books contacted me whether I’d be interested in reviewing one of their books, I felt quite honoured and absolutely curious. Not having heard of Strange Books before, my first thought was that a publisher with such a remarkable name could only publish books that are well … kind of strange.
